We have added the facility for our users to unblock themselves or their users from our server firewalls. The firewall regularly blocks thousands of unlawful access attempts, however occasionally valid users get blocked by accident. The new tools allow users to unblock themselves without having to submit a support ticket or wait for our staff to review firewall settings.
